Build-out Analysis
What is the potential for growth in Marshfield?
What do we want our town to look like – in the
near future? In ten years? Twenty years?
The Marshfield Town Plan recommended completing a
build-out analysis; the Planning Commission has completed the initial
build-out evaluation with technical assistance from the Central VT
Regional Planning Commission. Come learn about the preliminary results
of the analysis, which examines what the town would look like if it were
fully developed according to current zoning regulations, as well as how
it might look under various alternative zoning scenarios. The Planning
Commission would like public input before proceeding any further with
the analysis.
