DRAFT DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD MINUTES

August 4, 2005

Board Members present: Tom Daley and Jon Groveman. Also attending: Zoning Administrator Bob Light.

No actions taken for lack of a quorum. 

An application was received from Elmhill, Inc. for a Conditional Use permit for the old Maplehill School. The applicant wants to provide women’s transitional housing under contract with the Vermont Department of Corrections. Because no quorum is present to set a date for public hearing on this matter, Tom will request consensus from the Board, via email, to set the hearing for Thursday, September 1, 2005 at 7:15 pm. Response to this request will be placed on the record.
